The following General Terms and Conditions pertain to the selling of textile childcare products on www.blandbbaby.com
The online shop is open 24 hours per day – 7 days a week.
ORDERS
To order our items on the website, the following steps need to be taken:
1. Find a desired product and click on the title or image in order to enter the cart of the product and see not only the various photos of the selected item, but also all the information and details of the article.
2. To purchase the product, click on „Add to cart“. If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the process. In the cart, in the upper right corner, you can see all the products you have selected to purchase. If all the desired products are in the cart, it suffices to click on the button „CHECKOUT“.
3. Continue with the “CHECKOUT“ process and fill in your data. In order to acquire the selected items, you need to have an account and log in. If you do not yet have an account, you need to register first.
4. On the cart page you can you can review/change your selection of products or quantities and see the total value to pay, including the shipping costs, in case applicable.
5. In the end you have to indicate the address of the shipment (can be different from the address of the registration), select the method of payment and conclude the order, following the instructions of payment.
6. After the submission of your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will include order number, reference of the ordered products, address of delivery and payment method.

8. After completing your order you will have 5 working days for making the payment, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled.
SECURE PAYMENT METHODS
The prices presented on our website include VAT, at the rate in force, and are valid for the time the purchasewas made. The shipment costs are not included in the price, and are added at the end of the purchase.
The respective invoice will always accompany your purchase.
Blandb reserves the right to adjust, at any time, its prices, promotions, products and details. The prices which are reduced for sales and promotions will be valid only for the period indicated.
Blandb offers the following payment methods:
- PayPal – If you opt for using a credit card, you can make the payment through PayPal and will be immediately forwarded to the respective website.
- Multibanco reference – You can also make the payment through Multibanco reference. To execute the payment, it suffices to select this option and introduce the entity, reference and respective amount, all provided by Blandb. The receipt of the transaction serves as a proof of payment.
- MBWay – If you choose to use this method of payment, insert your cellphone number and thereafter confirm the notifications in the respective app of your phone.
- Payhsop – If you opt for paying via Payshop, you automatically gain access to a reference that you need do write down or print out
- Go to the closest Payshop agent and indicate the reference of payment;
- Deliver the amount indicated and get the receipt proving the made payment.
Starting from the moment our shop receives the information that your order has been paid, we shall proceed with your shipment.
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Under normal conditions and after the confirmation of payment, your order will be sent in 2 – 3 working days from our warehouse in Portugal. If for some reason we delay in shipping, we will immediately contact you.
We are sending your order to any part of the world. Depending on the country, the following shipping costs and delivery time will be applied:
- Portugal (free shipping) / 2 to 5 days.
- EU countries – 9,90 € / 2 to 5 days.
- Other European countries (non-EU) – 24,90 € / 2 to 5 days.
- Brazil – 30 € / 3 to 5 days.
- United States of America – 20 € / 3 to 5 days.
- Canada – 20 € / 2 to 10 days.
- Australia – 30 € / 3 to 10 days.
- Rest of the world is subject to calculation/confirmation of the shipment costs and delivery time.
Take into consideration that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import tariffs at the moment of entry of the parcels in your country. You will be responsible for payment of such custom duties or import tariffs.
Blandb is not in possession of information on these charges and cannot anticipate applicable rates as they differ from country to country. For more information, contact national authorities of your country.
Despite using all means available to guarantee that your order is delivered within the limits of the foreseen deadline, we will not be responsible for the delays caused by factors outside our control.
To facilitate the delivery, we advise to indicate an address where there is always someone to receiver your order.
CHANGES AND RETURNS
In Blandb, we are making our best to guarantee that all the products would be of high quality and would arrive at your home in perfect conditions. Nevertheless, if a problem appears after receiving the order (product defect), or if for any reason you regret the purchase or are not satisfied with it, you have 15 days to change or return the product.
To this end, you have to enter into contact with Blandb via e-mail address info@blandbbaby.com, referring the reason for return, the invoice number and the reference of the product to be changed or returned.
Blandb will not be responsible for any damage caused by an incorrect opening of the boxes received.
The products which are to be changed or returned have to be accompanied by the original package, with respective labels intact and without any sign of use.
They have to be duly protected in order to not be damaged during the transport. The costs of transport and/or return are the full responsibility of the client. In case of returns caused by defective products, Blandb assumes the costs of shipping of the returned item.

The reimbursements are issued as soon as the returned goods are received and verified.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, and it has already been shipped, the corresponding shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded (from the price the item was purchased), even for Portugal, where we otherwise offer free shipment.
RESPONSIBILITY
Blandb is not responsible for any misuse that might be caused to the purchased products.
